Hello all, What do you think is the best way to utilize an article in order to improve your site's rankings and traffic? Keep in mind that I am talking about minisites - not big sites. This question actually has two parts. I write/buy a lot of articles on a daily basis. I have put some of them on my minisites, some on ezine, and some on blogger/wordpress blogs linking to my minisites. My question is - what now? PART 1) For the common 400-500 word articles: As far as I know, a minisite doesn't NEED to get more than a post a month after it's been set up. Obviously, more posts would be better in the long run, but could it be that it's more effective to submit your post/article to a high authority article directory like ezine instead? Maybe use it to make a blog on wordpress full of links to your site? Maybe even something completely different? PART 2) For small articles/blurbs. I find it very easy to write many 150-200 word posts. Again, what is the best way to use these? Are they too small to put them on the site? Is there anything like a minimum word count for articles SEOwise? Furthermore, let's assume for the shake of discussion that I have access to every single linkbuilding service out there (Linkvana, Backlink Solutions, UAW, AMA etc). Should I use one of those services for those small articles? If so, which one? Looking forward to your replies on these two. I am currently sitting on 15X500 word articles and 50X150 word articles and I want to use them properly. Thanks in advance!!!
I just wanted to add that even though I believe that one of the best ways to use your articles is to submit them to EzineArticles or other high authority article directories, I have already done that, so I don't know if submitting even more articles there will do me any good. What do you think?
don't look at what is easy.. Easy work means low money. Hard work means more money. Go for option 1 where you have to write 400-500 original articles and submit them in your blog. The more you submit, the more traffic you get. For submission to directories, you are wasting your money in buying articles and then doing submission. We provide free articles and only charge for submission
Thank you for your reply. That answers the first part of my question. Any idea on the second one? I am not asking which of the two is better... It's 2 different questions
