Best way to use content of website

    Hi everyone..

    I wanted to know which one of the below method is the best way to use the content for promoting website according to you.

    1) Make article section in my own website and put content
    2) Submit article to other article submission sites
    3) Create a seperate blog and put contents there which links to my own site
