Best way to use adsense Referrals

    i found out that by referring people to use adsense one can really get a high commission if the users are active.
    can someone propose a good way to refer people to use adsense?

    I think referrals only work on big sites (like 5000 visitors daily).

    If the referral products do not match your site's niche, then it wont help much.
