Best way to upload two 1GB files to server?

    Ok, I want to upload two 1GB files to my server using FTP. Whats the best program to use. I want to leave it up and let it transfer over night. There is a possibility of a small disconnect during the transfer so I want it to be able to resume by itself if this should happend. Thanks :D
