best way to upload songs and easily downable??

I want to upload some songs( per song 5.5mb)
for listening or download.

what is the best way to upload songs, best free space to store songs,
songs easily downloadable.

I uploaded directly songs to my site and create a link but its taking too much time to open and not properly working.

I want 2 option Download + Listen

Pls guide better way...

I meant programming language, but that doesn't seem to be what you were going for.

 

Thanx for your suggestion jarad. I tried Supload.com or zShare.net. but not satisfied. Tell me best way to play song + download song with quality.

Also, songs would be take less time to play with good sound quality.

HTML, Javascript etc which we run with geocities or tripod on free space.
