Hi, What do you guys use? Right now I have no way to track my subscribers at all. I'm hesitant to use feedburner because I would no longer fully control my feeds and subscribers (i.e. if they move or go out of business then I lose everyone). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
It's still a HTTP request so any decent log analyzer should be able to establish how many uniques download your feed. That will be less than the number of actual subscribers but more interesting anyway.
Thanks for the quick response! Is there any way to get a number though? I'd like to post it on my site, as I've read that people respond well to it. For example, more people might subscribe to a feed if they see 2000 others are subscribed to it.
