Anyone know of any good free submission tools? Software or webbased to submit your site to directories?

    Hi Crutix

Firstly I wouldn't submit to directories until they've very high traffic directories or high Pr directories; but then these directories are mostly not free so you'll need to pay to be included most of the time. If you are going to submit to directories, I wouldn't use the software either, just manually submit them yourself.

Set your browser to remember your inputs so most of the text fields will be self-populating to speed up your submission time. Also have a text file with your commonly entered info such as your website description.

I find that it is always better to hand submit manually to the top directories for best results.

I used onewaytextlink.com before and posted my link on about 10 websites and quit. It's okay to use but I'm not sure how effective it is. I use mostly blog posts and forums. This seems to work best for me. I prefer doing it by hand.

Sure you can Google it, but some people can recommend some that might be better than others from their experiences and I personally like to take peoples opinions into consideration rather than just search results.

Semi automatically is better than manually because it is much faster and you still get the control

    preferred one is manual...

if u dnt have any choice and dnt have time.. then only go for automatic..
b'coz automatic submission always decrease your quality of work..

As we all know all website directories design with diff theme, diff design, diff form fields..

All directories need diff form fields to be field up by submittor...
Many times form fields are written with diff diff names ( For exp: Description/ meta description/ site detail/ short story).. now when u choose automatic submission, your software cant judge all these things.. and it happens many times that many fields remains unfilled / wrong info filled by software...

which will result in Rejection of your website from directory..
