Best way to submit my RSS feed to engines?

    Hello I'm looking for an easy way to submit my RSS feeds. Every option I find I have to pay for it. Is there an easy way I can just list my RSS feed, submit it, and it'll go to the best feed sites? thanks

    I manually submitted mine to about 10 engines and hoped that others will pick it up from there.

    I saw in the BST section an automated tool to do this. but I think like any other directory submission manual is the way to go.
