i wanna consult with you DP people.

lets say that you starting to do SEO from scratch and when i mean scratch its that
you starting from point zero, with not having a website or paypal account or even credit card.
so lets say you did some reading in the past half year and did the research for SEO
and you wanna start see some profits. (after doing the training off course)
    what with you start with?
    promoting CB products?
    promoting other people sites?
what is the best way to actually start seeing some profits with the most less money investments?

if you are noob maybe you should start promoting cpa offers, because they are easy.

about traffic, I would not suggest you to start with seo, because it is not easy.At first read some posts here.

i did read some posts here and on another SEO forums
i even did some projects in my training with powerful tools like XRUMER and submitter2.1, bookmarking ninja etc..
and even got success with them but its not my projects and not money resources.

so i do know little bit about SEO but i dont have the means yet to start do it.
that's way im asking for the best way to start seeing some profits with the less investments

Start some sort of service in a field, where you are competent enough for some quick money. Besides that start several personal projects for long term revenue.
