Best way to spend 50 bucks on a new site?

I need an expert opinion here!

I've just launched my new website, and so far people seem to really love the site. It's a rental classified site that's free to place ads.

So far I haven't submitted to any directories or bought any links... I've simply placed a couple of ads on Craigslist and already the ads are starting to pour in. (my site was indexed in Google 2 hours after placing the Craigslist ads! LOL )

So here's my question... aside from submitting to free directories, how can I kick this thing into high gear?

I have a very limited budget, so I am willing to buy one or two premium links or spend say 50 bucks.

What is the best way to spend that $50?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

You will burn 50 dollars on AdWords in a couple of hours. AdWords is not an option for you.

Try finding cheap but high traffic links on AdBrite. They can give you lots of traffic.

What is the best value that you see in the real-estate section of Adbrite?

(I'm not sure what a good deal is, since I've never used adbrite, nor have I ever bought a link elsewhere period.)

Link building, try buying some permanent blog posts...

 

Blogposts & directories are the cheapest solutions for you.

 

Idnt recommend directory links... you need a bigger budget for those... some blog posts could get the word going about your site.... better than directories... a good directory link costs $30 nowadays..

You could even try buying siggy links on some busy forums which receive traffic of the kind you need. For example, DP.

 

No, no AdWords if you are a beginner! If you insist on PPC, go on the smaller engines such as Kanoodle before trying your luck with Google.

it only costs 0 if its your own sig Anyway for this to be effective you need a lot of posts.

 

Buy a voucher for adwords. They cost a few dollars in return for many dollars of advertising credit. Try searching the forum or eBay.
