After never spending any of my earnings on advertising or link buying im going to start spending $100-$150 a month. I need to rank higher in google for all my terms so what would be the best way to go if i have $100-$150 to spend a month?

    Thanks

Depends on how many keyphrases you concentrate

Foe exemple you could hire an article writimg + submission service to make each month articles + distribution to gain each month backlinks with those keyphrases used as anchor texts

Agreed - if you're in it for the long run, the best way to spend your money is on content. On site and off site content -

buying link is not a good idea these days as google is coming down hard on paid links. you can spend some money to buy paid reviews which wil give you permanent backlinks. also, you can use adwords to advertise. there are lot of ways to build backlinks without spending a dime. submit to SB sites, make comments on related dofolow blogs, submit to directories, exchange links with related sites (hard job and G doesnt like it much these days but it still works somewhat), etc

If you are not an SEO guy the first thing you should do is have someone optimize your site(s) on-page SEO - because that will pay off many more times over with free organic traffic. I am sure there are plenty of SEO guys on here that would rework your sites for a few hundred bucks - hell for $150 I can look at your site and give a whole list of what you should do and you can do it yourself.

Anyway after the onpage SEO is in place you can look into other methods - ie link building, article marketing, etc. But that solid SEO base on your site is essential for long-term growth.

    pay someone to help you
    1. optimize your site
    2. create backlinks by submission of unique articles to article directories, forums, etc.
    3. write good content.
