Best way to speed up my site?

What would be the best way to speed up my websites speed as G is obviously taking this into account for 2010? Feel free to check out the site and give me all the feedback and help as thats what DP is all about!

You can not use the flash images in your website because in this it will be difficult for search engines spiders to crawl your website.

 

Many suggested me to avoid too much Flash - its really have a big impact on website loading time.

Remove big file attached in the site like images ,video, doc . or other

use always php .html best for loading.
