the best and easiest would be getting a powerful WHM/cpanel server.Alot of guys out there started that way.You can share ,allocate resources and accomplish alot through whm,and they boast that they cant be hacked.:)Which pretty good

You can't use cPanel/WHM for this -> that's for shared hosting.

Depending on what you want to setup, you'd need to look at something like VMWare (expensive enterprise stuff), Parallels Virtuozzo (not as costly, but still in the high end), SolusVM (budget) or HyperVM (free).

They all deliver panels that can start, stop, reboot and manage clients and traffic shaping. You also need to decide what you are going to sell; KVM, Windows, OpenVZ, Xen and so on.

    Regards

for the sales part, you will likely need to write your own, or use something like WHCMS, AWBS, HostBill or whatever you prefer... just hook into the API or use a module. The above mentioned software is likely to easily integrate because the billing-software vendor has developed modules for this.

As the above poster says this is beyond the realms of WHS / Cpanel et al...

To give you a detailed answer really we'd need to know how much expertise you have and what sort of setup you can get your hands on. Really to be able to offer VPS solutions you're going to have to invest a lot of time and money into hardware, selecting a datacentre, making sure you've got a workable sans model etc...

If you're looking to resell there are plenty of offers available wherever you are!

if you need any more help, I'd be quite happy for you to drop me a PM!
