Best way to sell your site or domain?

Hello, I have a few domain names and sites for sale and I have been using Sedo. Which has delivered a couple offers, however they are charging a lot for the sales fee ($60).. Any tips on a better market place, or a good place to increase interest in the site so I get higher offers? Fyi, current site for auction is www.after2012.com "What happens after 2012?"
    Thanks for the feedback.

Flippa is a good option as well as you can also check DP's Sites & Domains section in BST. Many people makes good amount from there.

Flippa is very good but be ware as they are very expensive and for a low value domain/website you may end up making very little profit!

Thanks for the advice, I have already received a decent offer over $100 but I am going for $800 and willing to offer a free custom landing page with the site if it goes for over $700.. Do you guys think this is a good way to sell this? The domain is www.after2012.com ,it looks like all the other domains are already gone..( .net, .org, .info, etc..) Which is a good sign that this will grow, its traffic is growing daily..
Thanks for the help and feedback.

Flippa is good - but the nature of sale there and audience is different ( seems its a place to sell BIGGER stuff ) . I think SEDO is the best place to sell domains & also EBAY ( OFcourse DP forums also ) . Well I have a question . Is it possible to sell websites in SEDO ?
