Best way to sell my domain safe

Hello, I want to sell my domain without any problem of the seller reversing the payment with paypal. I made an invoice with the description: Site:(domain) - This transaction is for the transferof the domain(domain) from the username: (myusername) to (his username)
    Registrar: DinaHosting
Is this safe enough? Or how should I sell it.

    Thanks,
    Best Regards

An invoice with a "written contract" doesn't do much when buying/selling digital goods through paypal, especially one as ambiguous as the one above lol. Use escrow.com or eCop.com if the sale price warrants it.

Use an escrow service. If I am not mistaken Sedo has their own escrow service.

Escrow service is the safest way for selling domain names and websites or anything with huge transactions.
