I have change some keywords for my site plz let me know what is the best way to search keywords ,

I mean Broad , [Exact] or "Phrase". Please help me with reasons.

Search marked on Broad. But before selecting the keywords, keep your eyes on local and Global monthly searchers and the approximate cpc of that words. Better to select 2 0r 3 high paying low competitive keywords and rest of the keywords should be moderate. Just make a composition of high paying and low paying keywords as primary and secondary keywords for your website.
