Best Way to run Email Mailing List?

What is best way to run email mailing list of subscribers more than 50K? And sending emails daily? Obviously there will millions of mails to send per month.

What method you use to keep your site user updated and how do you guys maintain mailing lists?

 

the best option is aweber. it is cheap and you can send tons per day

 

with 50K subscribers, the monthly cost will come around $60, I think that is too much. Any other Cheap way, we can implement this?

For a 50K list $60 a month is nothing. I mean with 50K subscribers you should be able to make the $60 back in no time flat! aweber is the way to go!
