I want to do a complete overhaul of my site. It grew faster than I expected and I want to redesign the site, navigation, etc. I've redesigned sites before but had a team working with me, this time it's just about all me. I've a few ideas and a tentative plan of attack, but any tips and pointers from those who have redesigned a site would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
In planning a redesign the first thing I would work on is coming up with a pleasing design for site in regard to logo, banner, layout, ... I would then work on template for site and CSS to remove formatting from the site. Also plan on using includes to be able to easily update, menu's, headers, footers etc. Good luck.
