Best way is, signup in some affiliate network like Shareasale. You will get many affiliates to promote your program.
you can do that through forums like this...just put it in your signature. the best traffic is what you can acheive with out soending much.
web hosting is so competitive I wouldn't poke it with a stick. hostgator is paying up to $125 commission per sign-up (thus PPC will cost a pretty penny). What doesn't work for me might work for someone else though -- I agree with ahref, sign up with an ad network and let them get affiliates for you.
That's going to be a tough one. There are sites out there spending 100+ per because they've got deep pockets and can eat it in the short run. Think of Amazon, which lost money for the longest time knowing (the backers knowing) that ten years down the line it'd be big. They'll eat 100 dollars because the customers roll over and the success builds on itself.
The best way to attract customers is to at least do some aggressive onsite SEO. After checking out your website it appears that it could use some back-end tweaking.
