    I would suggest that you start by posting the video to youtube. Then in the description place a link to your site. Google will pick it up very quickly.

    YouTube is always the home place for any videos. I'm not that kind of video guy but if you are willing to use this video for self promotion, it is good.

    I agree. Get it out on Youtube. In addition, promote your video/forum on other forums, sites, groups, social networks, etc. that allow it.
