    Those are all good ways. The best way I've found that works is through high-traffic websites. I haven't even dipped into CPC for my merchant advertising. Organic free traffic has done quite well for me.

    High traffic websites which have targetted traffic.

    Email marketing would surely work with targetted lists aswell.

    what's said above. plus you can add some little PPC in to the mix too just for the sake of it..it's always better to diversify..every drop counts :)
