I think a music related site will be tough to promote. It's an extremely cluttered niche, and i know how hard it is because i own a genre specific Blog. My blog got really popular through good articles and getting noticed by a lot more of the major blogs.

Something you should also consider if you're offering actual music files, is implimenting a system that integrates with the website www.hypem.com - my blog gets a lot of traffic from there when our tracks become popular.

 

Id recommend SEO & MySpace.

MySpace and YouTube is a great place to do online marketing especially if you know how to make videos and place them on your webpages and you need to know do the title tags and meta-tagging for video so that those CEOs come up high in the search engines per search for example if you are doing a search engine marketing and hence the fact that you would need to tag it as search engine optimization. Much like SEO rapper if you go to Google.com and Google that term you will see YouTube videos about search engine optimization and All-Star rapper that made it happen.

Videos on YouTube you scream and other applications are profitable but they take time and patience

 

Ya, looking good. People love videos. How about some good content as well- as in written content. Perhaps celebrity/music artist news? That is always high on top search lists and google trends.
