Best way to pass ranking from one site to another? 301?

I have a spammy URL that I used to achieve a #1 and #2 ranking. My main site is ranking #3 and #4. I'd like to my #3 and #4 site to rank #1 and #2. Due to potential TM issues, I want to start forwarding the spammy URL and avoid them. Should I do a broadbased 301 from my host or move the content --- doing manual 301s.

I realize that in a perfect world, I'd hold on to 1,2,3,4. That's not an option right now.

I registered a keyword phrase in order to rank for that particular keyword phrase. So, I used the "spammy" keyword phrase URL to rank for that keyword phrase.

    A 301 redirect.

Just to clarify, I would like to pass the SERP's --- not the PR.
