I've got a game site that I created for fun a few months ago, and now I've got some good SERP's on google with traffic starting to increase. I'm getting a handful of adsense clicks a day, and I have a few affiliate products on the site, but I'd like to make more of the traffic I'm receiving. Most game-sites are filled with flash games. But if the site gets a lot of traffic, and got some shareware stuff on it, many game developers are happy that you want to promote their products.
And, you could simply have only Flash games on your main website, and then direct people to some affiliate site filled with relevant games.
Just an update.... My Site, Free Golf Games, is now getting between 900-1200 visitors per day, with about 120,000 page views per month. I make an average of $10-$15 per day with Adsense, but I'd like to make more, be it with Adsense or other sources. I'm having a tough time pumping up my traffic any more than it currently is, but I'd like for traffic to increase as well. If game site owners have any suggestions I'd be very happy to hear them. I know gaming sites don't generally make much, but I'm pretty happy my little site has done this well so far.
