best way to monetize entertainment/video sites?

    I have a site with funny videos but adsense is getting terrible ctr, probably because it is hard to do targeted advertising when your content is mainly videos... anyone know of good advertising networks or affiliates for monetizing sites with mainly videos and/or entertainment content?

    Just random humorous videos?

    I would go with valueclickmedia

    Most humor sites are all about the page views. But at the same time you wont get accepted if you have any semi naughty pictures/movies.

    But I recommend banners/popups if you really want to monetize it.

    Perhaps, put a longer description than just title and allow moderated comments so as to generate longer text content for adsense to target better.

    You could also use section targeting :p. Your best bet would be to get affiliate ads instead though.
