    1). Amazon affiliates and google will do all for your living but that should be professionally.
    2). Writing reviews, when no one thinks that is a review but a necessity related to your readers search.
    3). Yeah I am agree FavouritesBlog, i would be one of the best option to put banner ads but a very high traffic required in this case.

    For me,the best is product review.
    I constantly get 2 product each week to review and the paid is in the $400 to $800 range per product.

    Actually there is a PLugin called OiOPublisher, Igot it about 6 month ago and it's very good, you actually sell your own text ads, inline ads or banner ads thru a complete automated system, it accept Paypal, 2CO, entrecard etc etc., you get real visitors stats and clicks, you can or your advertisers can receive stats once a week. really good plugin that cna work on standalone script

    Sell links.if you are using adsense then combine with info links (text link ads).Find any good product to sell which is related to your niche.
