I'm restructuring an entire video site, and want a more strategic approach...can someone either offer advice, links, screenshots or anything that displays the best possible way to monetize a video site? For instance, where should ads be placed - above or below videos? How close in proximity? What kind of ads - PPC, link or banner/affiliate? Any tips would be appreciated. (ps- commercials that play before a video are not an option)
