What would be the best way to market this type of website? http://youtubesurfer.com/ I am gonna try Stumbleupon but they also have their own "video stumble" option which I think is slow and clunky, but do you think they will vote it down because they already have it? Facebook ad has been pretty bad so far because it was too costly. Any idea? I don't want to have to wait 3~6 months before organic traffic starts coming in

You should add a Twitter button as well. As imkazu said, social sites dig funny videos. StumbleUpon should work. Have you tested the paid version?
I dont know if I would feel confident with a trademark in my domain name... But yes social marketing is the way to go
I don't think I have to worry about youtube trademark right now...hahaha... There are plenty of more bigger websites that use youtube trademark. I'll be happy if Youtube comes after me regarding their trademark.
Why do you promote using Youtube itself? just create some good videos using a website or product,those the let you create the video with images and songs of your choice.
