Start the usual way - find related sites from directories etc and get links from them.

    Maybe write an article.

You may find these groups useful... you can submit your articles here..and add few lines in the end about your site.

Just ad space on their bellies? Damn, I'd pay for them to write a message on.. perhaps:

"Do you think this looks ghastly and I shouldn't flaunt my repulsive bump in public, let alone sell ad space on it? The GADOOD thinks so!'.

    Urgh!

    Pete

Ps. Write and submit articles, there's heaps of sites that pick up and use pregnancy articles.

Some confusion could arise if the ad read:

"Brought to you by .... " LOL

Skitt, I would think of a way to cross market your visitors. For example offer some articles/advice on pregnancy but provide additional info for after birth care and toddler info. Give away free stuff!
    cheers

since pregnancy can effect not just the pregnant one, but other aswell i woul split it into sections.

Also it isnt just adults that get pregnant, teens do to, finding a design that appeals to both generations will be hard, so once again id recommend splitting and making slighty different design for each one.

    Skitt -

I wrote an article about loosing "those after pregnancy pounds". If you want you can put it on your website. It really has nothing to do with my website subject but i enjoyed writing it.

Here it is. Its also on Ezinearticles:

You could also check out ad rates in pregnancy magazines. There are a lot of pregnancy websites, but I imaging that you could still get some interest from magazine readers.

You could always create a market. It would be fun, but expensive!

Serriously, all the normal stuff you would do for any other product. Build a great web site with lots of unique, quality content. SEO the site, get tons of BLs, etc. Do some article swaps with other web sites in the same industry that specialize in other areas. You could both come out well for this.

Offline methods to promote your site would include submitting articles to and advertising in pregnancy and womans health publications. Writting a book could be huge too. Advertise on Lifetime.
