best way to make payment

    am form india we know we cant add money to paypal . i have an idea .i want to know here which site support to make a vcc through netbanking ? i want to create virtual credit card and add fund through netbanking

    You can use your ATM card to add fund in vcc. Well i will not prefer to use virtual card in paypal because you are not able to add fund in paypal due to RBI rules.
