Best way to lose weight and get is Shape?

    Do you like sweets? Start with having less of that. Allow yourself sweets once a week only (set a day of the week), reduce sugar in your coffee/tea.

    p.s. I'd set gradual weigh loss goals (i.e. 15lbs in the next month, 15lbs the month after, etc, etc). Easier to keep yourself motivated and you are more likely to actually achieve your goal at the end

    eat healthy, and start doing a combination of cardio and weight training every day. (you can just start easy and build up your workouts, but start adding a workout to your daily routine.)

    Do not think on food too much..


    When you feel hungry, think that you have enough to not eat. You are really *** if you eat! :D Never eat meat or egs or cheese with bread! Drink lot of water (2-3 lit/day). You do not need to exercise but if you like, it is better (do not forget that you will be more hungry after exercise, and learn to control eating). You are really baby kid if you eat sweets! :D

    • Dont use your car walk fast instead.
    • Less calories per meal
    • One less meal per day.
    • A walk after every meal
    • No snacks.
    • Water as much as possible
    • Dont check your weight every day but every week.
    • One super tasty meal every sunday 2800000 calories:D
    • No TV
    Results 12 kg in 3 months.

    Did anyone mention that it's not good to eat late at night?

    I'd probably lose a few lbs. if I stopped eating after 11PM.

    I noticed the best form of exercise is Basketball. I can run for miles down a street or spend 45 minutes on a treadmill, but for some reason Basketball just drops the weight off.
