Best way to lose weight and get is Shape?

    I was thinking about trying to get back in shape, since I am kind of a big guy. I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions or experiences you might recommend?

    The only real way to lose weight and be healthy: Balance your eatting.

    You can lose weight with an easy calculation .. burn more calories per day than you eat. It's very simple.. just hard to have the will power to do :)

    Yeah, eating right is pretty much what you got to do. If you workout, you burn more calories, therefor you can eat more. A good way to keep the will power up is to take a picture of yourself right now and post it on this (or any) forum. Then every week, post another picture. You know that you have to post a picture for the people on the forum, so you won't want to cheat. If you do, we will all make fun of you until you cry, and then you will never want to cheat again!

    If you are going to post a picture completely naked, at least take it from the waist up. That's how I started to loose wait, it wasn't a naked picture, but I posted a picture of me online then kept posting pictures every week on a forum.

    Yea, this is a goog idea--it work for me--also put a picture on your fridge(sp)--in the car -(smiling) and don't buy any snacks, if don't have it in the house you want eat it......

    Nerves tend to lose me weight. Register a gooooogle.com domain name, stick a load of porn on it (make sure its stolen from another website), put a few mp3 on, add your adsense code, then click on your own ads a few 1000 times, pretend to publish real terrorist attack plans and then just sit there and wait to be arrested or sued. Weight loss guaranteed!


    The other way is to eat more fruit+vege. Stay more active. If you dont want to run just dump your car and walk everywhere. You can always join a gym. A few hours a week and you will see the difference. The more difference you see the more determined you will get.

    Evil - the only way to take some off and KEEP it off is to change bad habits forever. My Fiance and I just spent a year studying in Europe and we gained some weight because we picked up some bad habits. We've almost gotten rid of it by reversing our biggest bad habit which is eating TOO MUCH. Try to eat smaller portions - eat out less, restaraunts give way too much food. Cook a huge batch of your favorite meal and freeze future meals into reasonable individual portions for fast, cheap and reasonably sized meals. Try to eat vegetables as a side dish with every meal, they make you feel fuller and their fiber and vegetables are essential. It ain't easy...good luck! :)

    Walking or running will help you get in shape! It's very effective just do it every day, you will surely get a better result afterwards, just have some self discipline and everything will be possible to happen!
