Best way to lose 5 pounds?

    Go to the gym every even for 1-2 hours 5 days week. Mon-Tues - Wed Off - Thurs-Sat, Sun Off.

    The more muscle mass you build, the more it burns calories.

    Jogging or brisk walking for 20-30 mins a day, 100-200 squats or sit-ups, with small meals will reduce 5 pounds faster.. try this out.

    Eat celery the NEGATIVE calorie food :D

    In all honesty, go for a walk around the block twice or so once a day, you'll lose more than 5 lbs. Cut back on fast food to like once a week.

    Do some exercise everyday for 30 mins. If you do not already exercise, increase the duration slowly. Eat a diet low on fats and eat healthy food.

    As stroh mentioned, eat negative calorie foods. Grapefruit burns more calories than it contains.

    the product in my sig is a very good meal replacement but is also like 20 supplements+ in one all from super food sources. Living fuel is another one which i like also, but the one in my sig is better tasting.

    weights usually a calorie in/calorie out scenario, where if you take in excess calories your going to gain weight. Hows your diet? include more fruit, vegetables, whole grains instead of white carbs, refined sugars etc. You'll feel better for it too. Juicing fruit and vegetables can cleanse the liver which helps you lose weight.

    Exercise also is very important.

    100 situps does nothing other than localised endurance of the abdominal muscles.

    if you want to lose weight cardiovascular exercise the best to maintain a healthy heart such as running, swimming, boxing etc and weights for strength, power, bone density and so on.

    - Happy 8 - How much do you weigh? why losing it....5lb in 1 week not a big problem w/slight fortitude - keeping it off another matter.
