I agree becasue most of the time it's the easiest method to find quality sites that are willing to link to you.

 

Most of us knows the best way to build link but sometimes we are too lazy to do it.

I would go with forum posting and article submission. Blog commenting isn't that great, except for the fact you get a high pr backlink. But the link value is more from articles and forum posts. agree or disagree with me?
