the best way? i think the best way, you can using listing your site in finance site diteirectory. that many finance site directory you can search it in google. well some directory is paid, but its worthed because you get listing in good site and good page(high traffic, high PR). so it's more effective than having a hundred link but low quality link. some site give you package listing your site in some top directory but you must paying expansive price. remember you get what you pay.
