Best way to learn Joomla

Hi there

I have been using WordPress from many years.. and I have developed sites like Portals, Job Sites, Blogs.. etc using WordPress..
Off lately I have heard Joomla is good and its good for user management - one area which WordPress lacks.
So I am planning to learn Joomla so that I can design good sites .... and I see that Joomla 1.6 is the latest version.

I am familiar with WordPress terms and structure like plugins, themes, etc...

Can anyone share links and video tutorials for learning Joomla step by step.. .

I totally agree.. Learning with Videos is surely good. Thanks to simple tutorials by Cloudaccess now I know the concepts like Template, Modules, Positions, Menus, Articles and Extensions....
