Best way to learn Flash CS3 + ActionScript

I need guidance to learn Flash along with ActionScript

I'd prefer it to be a book with lessons but websites with similar content will do.

Any suggestions?

 

lynda.com has the best video tutorials

 

that looks great...but whats the difference between the annual plan and the premium plan? any extras?

 

I've also heard that lynda.com is the best there is available. Just a matter of if you want to part with your cash as there are plenty of free resources on the net.

 

If it's worth it, I don't mind paying for it. I'd rather pay than spend hours trying to find a lost part of a lesson online.

I was considering Classroom in a Book but I read reviews and the CS3 version of the book is incomplete and has many errors.

Can anyone here give a testimonial about lynda.com?

i'm probably not allowed to say this, but lets just say those Lynda videos are available on the net in certain quarters for a staggering $0.00

 

i really need this aswell, i already no some flash, just i want to exspand my knowledge of it.

i cant spare any money just know tho, so anyone got links to free 1s ?

Anyone here good with ActionScript 3.0 in CS3? Willing to pay $$ to fix my code. involves playback controls for flash animation.

I'll be honest, I've learned the basics of everything I know PHOTOSHOP/XHTML/CSS from Lynda.com - torrents usually! :-S

 

lynda.com is really good. i've learned how to do things in illustrators a whole lot easier than i've been doing them. you'll be amazed what you can learn from those videos.
