Best way to incorporate a Business

    Some states allow it. Personally, my LLC is filed in Texas. And I won't file anywhere else simply because I know the laws surrounding it. I may be filing another one here soon though, haven't decided anything yet :(

    register your company and incorporate it, costs like $30 per year, and you will get like a black folder with all the information and that you are the owner of this corporation and etc.. then you can open up a corporate bank account with your name and etc.. and your set :)
