Best way to have multiple domain names for the same website/business?

I've got an old website for a local business I run that's been around for many years now. It sucks because it's a .cc and doesn't have any good keywords in it.

So, now I want to try to finally get this thing working well with adwords, places, etc. So, I wanted to create some domain name with keywords and somehow get them all pointing back to the same website. Also, I didn't want to lose any "seniority" type rank I might have with Google on my old site.

Can anyone offer me some tips or advice on this? Blackhat or otherwise, I don't care. I just want to get a good quality score and get my site showing back up in google places. Thanks!
