I have a US based phone number which I use both when I am in the US but also when I am away. This is connected to an IP phone but there is no app or anything like that and I find it fairly expensive at almost $30 per month for my own freelance needs and the lack of flexibility. I am looking for a phone system where I can have a 1800 number or a simply a US number from any city where I can use an app on my computer to call clients. I would also like to be able to call people with my smart phone if that is possible as well. I would like to find something for the same cost or less if possible. Please let me know if there is something out there and if you have used it
