Ezinearticles.com doesn't seem to allow hyperlinks in your articles anymore for the free membership version. If you know a way around it please share.

 

You can't put it in the middle of your article, but putting it in your resource box is still OK.

As per my knowledge if you had created a webmaster tools then there is an option of server crawling speed you can edit that. I'm sure you will get benefit out of it. Other factors should be consider regarding on-page as well as off-page optimization.
