    Unlike anybody else, IMO the best way to get approved Adsense is to use a site that's not spam and has lots of USEFUL/LEGIT content.

    as for me, i develop a blog using blogspot, fill it with content, 5-7 posts for a week, and then apply for google adsense through that blog. it takes about 5 days after application to get the approval.

    but now, people tend to use flixya. try it

    i would do a blog and do posts for a week then apply for adsense , you will get approved. thats what i did few years back.

    create a blog for sure, set your niche, get content from google by sopy paste, after 3 month sent application to google adsense
