Best way to get deep links = social bookmarking?

Social bookmarking is the strategy I will be using to obtain deep links, unless ... there is a better way?

 

Many directories offer deep linking (on most that do you may have to pay a little more).

 

you can also use article marketing to get deep links

 

you can also use forums and put it on your signatures...

 

I usually post alot of new articles to Digg. I add my website link to the bottom of each story that i submit. I am not sure if that counts or not? i do see that google indexes it though.

 

Social bookmarking is nice to get deep links, but article marketing works just as well.. You can also try buying blog posts too.

 

Social bookmarking, articles, forum signatures, anywhere you can post your links can help.

 

use all the ways , don't just use one way.

Social bookmarking, Signature to your emails, Signature to Forum post, newsletters, Blog post, etc all get deep links.
No one tool is enough so try all and reap the benefits.

But isn't it true that Google gives very little value to these types of links (social bookmarks, forum sigs, articles, etc)? Whether they are deep links or not, aren't they almost worthless?

I think you should put a link anywhere you can.
