I have joined the gym too and jogging regularly for atleast 20 mins but I have noticed my whole body's weight has been decreased but tummy is still as it was.
Thanks a lot Peon. Have you ever tried Diet pills? Ya this is the point. Joining a gym is not just the only solutiom. A regular healty diet which is high in fibre and low in carbohydrate should be taken. Lots of water and fruit juice is also essential for detoxification. Workout, exercise regularly and a good diet. Should be your target.
Just jogging is just not enough......for total body execise swimming can be great How hard...do ya know any specific exercise??
Go to Amazon or a local book store and pick up a paperback copy of the "Flat Belly Diet Pocket Guide" book by Liz Vaccariello.
beacon.seo thanks for your valuable feedback. Work out has many dimentions. There must be specific exercise. can you please focus on them.
Do long but slow jogs, this will burn fat not sugar - if you do quick runs, you will only burn sugar not fat Do not give up
Exercise and a calorie deficit, which means eating less calories than you expend with activities and your basal metabolic rate. Ab exercises such as situps will help, but if you want to lose the fat, you will need to get into a caloric deficit. I might have some tips on my fitness blog: http://grandadmiralgainz.blogspot.com/
Jogging and doing weekly excersices, you can do this even if you don't go gym but you need to know what to do.
I used to be obsessed with this, so I'll share what I learned. 3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat You have to calculate what % of your body is fat. If you're a neck beard, it's probably 20-30%. So if you're 200 pounds, you have at least 40 pounds of fat to burn. (Yeah, yeah, 5% body fat is needed to live, but we won't include that) 40 x 3,500 = 140,000 calories. This is why it's so hard to lose weight. 140,000 calories is a ton to lose. But we're going to cheat. You burn about 2,500 calories a day just by living, but we want to push it closer to 3000. You do that by splitting small meals up and eating them throughout the day. And when I mean small, I mean small. Like break a carrot into 6 pieces and eat 1 piece every 4 hours. Next, drink BLACK coffee. Don't put anything in it, not even fake sugar. Drink copious amount of coffee because you'll be getting most of your energy from that, not food. The coffee also helps suppress your appetite. Trust me, you'll start to love it after you don't feel hungry. There. We tricked your body into almost burning a pound of fat a day. What about the other 500? Exercise. I don't recommend long distance running on this diet because you will get light headed. Every 100 meter sprint you do burns about 50-80 calories if you do them at 100%. Do 5-6 and call it a day. You should start to see noticeable differences as little as 5 days. And feel better too.
It's possible to maintain a perfect diet and exercise. I think this is the best way to get a flat tummy.
Am having flat tommy and here is the ways to get it Every day 1hour jogging every day 20 times push ups Eating less during meals and drinking 1 hour after meal every day 30-50 crunches During this will make your abdomen to be flat
I (when I get off my lazy butt) incorporate planks and pushups into my gym routine. 1-minute plank, 15 pushups alternating, do three times without stopping. Dripping with sweat when done. It's all over in like 10 minutes. Very effective. Start slowly though (like 20 second plank and 5 pushups) and work way up. You can really hurt your back if you try and do too much too fast.
Only take low carbo food. Keep away from bread, rice, pizza etc... Exercise more to increase metabolism. Work more, sleep less.
