Best way to find clients for Web Design/Graphic Design?

    I agree, this is the main problem I find with most graphic design companies.. their portfolio designs are quite outdated.. design trends must be considered ;) especially the one that's popular right now: web 2.0

    And even graphic artists are sometimes confused on what exactly is a web 2.0 design. You have to look at many sites, to be able to learn what the differences are. Just constantly look at websites, and copy.

    IGZones.com site for example, is quite good web 2.0, it's extremely simple, and a tiny bit flashy.

    I don't think copying is the best way to go :).. however using web 2.0 concepts are ideal (such as keeping things simplistic, using the proper gradients/gloss, etc)

    But I agree on you with the confusion part :p some people claim their design is web 2.0 but it isn't at all
