    Yes, but that is limited to maximum 500 pages.
    And i believe most of us have sites with more than 100 pages.

    for upto 500 pages u can use xml-sitemap.com and for more use coding from previously downloaded file of xml sitemap from xml-sitemap tool, copy and paste for more urls and submit it.

    Sitemap is added on google webmaster tools so that all of your html pages are indexed faster and to be sure all of your pages are indexed.

    The latest version of Google XML Sitemaps can handle as many pages as you want - so I think that should pretty much do it!
