Best way to create a site like this..

I need a website that opens up with the map of the US with the states outlined.

You can chose one state and that is then broken up to counties.

Once you select the county, it gives you a schedule of classes available for that area.

What would be the best way to make this site? I have no idea how to write html, css, dhtml or any other languages.

Thanks for the help in advance!

EDIT: I would also like for the visitors to be able to choose classes instead of states if they wish (Dropdown boxes?). This would then open up all of those classes instead of going by location, but location would be the preferred method, but this would just be an extra feature I suppose.

Use Drupal and the google maps, location and a couple other modules. Then go to a site and get some free drupal themes to pick from and there you go. Drupal is a little tough for beginners but very powerful. Once you get the hang of it, you can pretty much make any site.

Awesome idea to use google maps.. I didn't even think of that. Perfect! Why Drupal over Joomla? I know a little about Joomla and nothing about Drupal.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Any suggestions on how much is the fair price would be for a site like this?

Or is there a simpler solution? It does not have to be too complex in the beginning. I need a lot less features than this sample.

Any other solutions for credit card payments? My concern is that it should look fairly professional without costing an arm and a leg.

Could somebody suggest turnkey websites I could use, etc.?
