I 've seen people in this forum need to send email to google for various reason(account banned, TOS related). Just want some opinion of how to compose a email to google like what information to include(google account number? email address?) or how the email should be written(memo style? regular letter?) Thanks for help
I just write it like I were writing anything else. normally whatever I request isn't account specific, but if it is, I'll include which e-mail address I'm referring to. but yeah, overall, it's nothing special, just like anyone else..
just use proper language, you'll be fine. stay away from emoticons and slangs. . My letter looks like this,
Go with the above format as mentioned by devin09, also try to give them as much info as you can if it is related to a ban.
