Best way to clear all fields when the back button is used to go to a login page?

    Hey All,

    When I use the back button to return to my login page I'd like the user name and user password fields to be cleared. What are some good ways to do this?

    With PHP I'd send a no-cache header.

    I may be wrong but maybe a meta tag would do it:

    <META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Wed, 26 Feb 1997 12:00:00 GMT">
