    You can try SEO quake tool for checking the back links and also iwebtool which is good as compared to back link watch...

    I now use several. I chose from the previous ones that were posted. I will keep playing with all of them until I am satisfied with just one.

    I'm using Google Webmaster for convenience sake, though it's not really good. It doesn't displayed many backlinks.
